1.IVR Code Entry Campaigns
Enter received SMS code via IVR for lucky draw / instant win / code match / entry access. (Generated code can also come from WAP/Web, receipt, MMS, scratch card etc)
2. IVR Triggering - SMS Coupons
Pre-recorded voice and SMS interactions can be set using a key press during an audio message to trigger the sending of an SMS. In store sales can verify each coupon by matching the database.
3. SMS Initiated Voice Call-back
Recipients text message to a predefined number to receive a call-back prerecorded voice message. (ie. Celebrity greetings and promotions) Additionally, the database from campaign can be set to receive future sms alerts
